The outer casing is made of sturdy cast steel and the inner shell is made of copper. A cold water connection enables the temperatures to be reduced quickly. In addition to the special stirrer, there is also a tempering rod in the kettle, which acts as a breakwater to ensure intensive mixing of the mass. A large filling opening with a hinged lid makes filling easy. To empty, a bottom valve can be opened using a handwheel, with the curved machine feet leaving space for a collecting trough.
