double-Z-kneading Beetz Type - UKAM-150 with stainless steel hopper, y.o.m. 1992

The machine is equipped with double-Z-kneading arms which makes it suitable also for heavy masses. Product-touching parts, cladding and control cabinet and entirely made of stainless steel. The product is fed through a large lid opening, a vacuum cover which is opened by motor. The product is discharged by means of a stainless steel double discharge worm fastened at the bottom of the kneading trough. The jacketed trough enables heating or cooling the product during the kneading process. Furthermore, the machine can be steam-heated. The steam system is suitable for temperatures of up to 160°C and max. 6 bars pressure. Capacity of the heating chamber: 28 l. Useful capacity: approx. 150 l.

The machine is equipped with an electric control cabinet and a stainless steel lifting device for feeding.
