Description
Compact system for forming cereal mixes in any shape.
Design features:

Functional description:
The hopper of the former is filled with mass manually or automatically, this
is done either continuously with a continuous mixer provided by the customer or
discontinuously manually. The inner and outer walls of the hopper are Teflonized.
A safety bar is located on the top of the hopper to protect the
operator from accidentally reaching into the hopper. This
safety bar is not required for high hoppers with automatic loading.
A pressure system and a special device feed the mass to the rotating
tool and transport it out of
the machine on the integrated conveyor belt after the forming process Safety devices ensure that the machine
stops when the front door is opened, for example.
The side walls of the former are made of aluminum or optionally of stainless steel (V2A).
The forming system is driven continuously via the frequency-controllable servomotors.
For touch-panel operation, a recipe management system is available as an option, which significantly facilitates and simplifies the
changeover time with regard to parameter input.
