Disc-Coater RADEMAKER - Model GS with approx. 620 mm mesh belt.

The machine does not work with a veil box, but with two so-called spreading disks in the coating area of the machine. The speed of the spreading discs ensures that grease is applied evenly to the product. The grease mass is guided through the center of the spreading disc by a pipe and is thrown outwards by the rotation. Excess mass is collected in a trough.
