G13085 used extruder Hoppe type KBF-280 with feed hopper, feed rollers and mouthpiece, for forming 5 mass strands. These are placed directly on the infeed table of the cooling tunnel. The cross-section of the strand depends on the installed mouthpiece.
G13086 used cooling channel SOLLICH type KK-280 with a cooling section of approx. 4 meters, which is covered with steel hoods. The channel with a longer infeed table for the extruder serves to stabilize the mass after extrusion. The belt is driven by the guillotine to synchronize the system.
G13087 used guillotine HOPPE type GS-280 with built-in drive block for the belt of the cooling tunnel. The guillotine shortens the strands to the desired length.
