This mild steel tank is jacketed to enable the warm-water heating. The open warm water system is heated by three immersion heaters mounted on the double wall. A U-steel profile provides stability to the built-in stirrer equipped with a slow motion drive motor. The previously determined temperature is regulated by temperature regulatos and temperature sensors in the water jacket and the chocolate mass. The regulators and the switches for the control of the stirrer and the mass pump to empty the tank are placed in a switch cabinet.
Useful capacity: approx. 2000 kg of chocolate mass
