Description

The machine is set up for the fully automatic tempering of chocolate masses that must have a cocoa fat content of at least 26% . By mounting a stronger gear, tempering low-fat masses is still possible if the consistency of these masses permits the conveyance through pipelines. The tempering process is controlled by temperature sensors in all three tempering levels and regulated through electromechanical valves. By changing the normal screw conveyor against a screw with high volution enables the processing of whole nuts in the mass.
