The machine is suitable for the processing of fat-poor and fat-rich chocolate masses in two steps. In the first step the dry conching and the following liquefaction are carried out. In the second step a de-humidifaction and de-acidifying of the mass coming from the refiner is carried out, whereas the mass is spinned in very fine streams from the centre in a radial manner to the tank walls.
