Description

The roaster is suitable for cocoa beans and nuts. There is no direct contact between the product and the burner but the heated air is blown into the roasting ball by a blower and this cares for a gentle product roasting. The perfect temperature can be reached with the supply of cold air whenever necessary. The roasted product is then let out into the cooling vat mounted underneath the roaster and a rake distributes them over a cooling surface of approx. 1800 mm diameter. The air current flowing in the roasting ball blows away all small impurities, which are separated in a cyclone.
