Description
The machine is characterized by its stable stainless steel construction, which enables precise positioning via an extended infeed table from the cooling channel. The heart of the machine is the pouring system with double-walled feed hopper and the pouring unit mounted underneath. The fill level in the hopper can be continuously checked and topped up using an optional ring line and fill level sensor (accessory).
The pouring system is adjusted to the conveyor belt with a linear system during the pouring process so that uniform drops can be produced. An optional belt lifting device (accessory) ensures a clean "tear-off" of the mass at the nozzle, resulting in a flatter surface of the drop. As with our nozzle tubes, each individual nozzle of our casting plates is sealed with a needle. The positive side effect is that smaller blockages are pierced free by the needles.
The entire casting head with all moving parts is protected against tampering by an aluminum profile cover with Plexiglas panes and safety switches. With an optional mass pump (accessory), the casting plate can be cooled and produced more quickly from the downstream circuit.
A control cabinet with SIEMENS PLC control enables extensive parameter settings, allowing complete customization to the desired product.
