enrobing machine SOLLICH - type TTS-320, YOM 2000.

The machine is suitable for enrobing products with chocolate. A built-in tempering system cares for constant chocolate crystallization. After the enrobing process the exceeding chocolate can be removed by means of a shaking station and a blower. The machine can perform total enrobing or just bottom enrobing and it is made of stainless steel.
