Nougat tempering machine Sollich - type NT-300

The machine for tempering nougat or fat masses, by means of a screw tempering unit. This machine can be used to feed skin-pass moulding or extrusion lines where the masses require plasticization from a liquid to a solid state. In addition, a nut dosing unit type TD-1 with mixer SM-1 (not included in delivery) can be mounted as an option in the connection of the machine.
