One-Shot production line Knobel

used One-Shot machine KNOBEL Type KCM-24/48, year of construction 2007, consisting of:

- Casting machine type KCM 24/48 Alpha Compact. 

- Vibrating belt conveyor with SIEMENS touch panel Simatic HMI. 

- Spiral cooler type Pos.4.0, built in 2007, with two coils for upward and downward transport of the moulds. Length of the cooling section approx. 57 metres - duration approx. 45 minutes.

- Transport screw (3 x 2 mtr. segment) for manual removal of the products and reloading of the empty moulds onto the belt. In addition, a Z-piece (right-left) to reduce the width of the system, with drive motor.

- 180° right-hand bend with 5 x 2-mtr. bonnets and 2 x 90° bonnets covered as mould heating section type Pos.1.1-KB, built in 2007.

In addition, there are four mould sets for carree, half-egg, pots and mini truffles, as well as three nozzle sets in a mobile tool box.
