The sugar mill in a noise-reducing enclosure is fed with granulated sugar from a stainless steel pre-silo. Dosing is carried out with a rotary valve via the feed lines. A filter system with exhaust air lines in an EX-protected design is installed in the mill. The control system is housed in a separate switch cabinet and is controlled via a SIEMENS touch panel. Here, the individual parameters are visible and a recipe control is stored.

Capacity: approx. 1,000 - 2,000 kg per hour, depending on the fineness.
