Enrober type TC

The best known series of small enrobers is the COMPACT series from WOLF. These machines include working widths of 320, 420 and 620 mm.

The machines with a working width of 420 mm are a combination of the corresponding enrobing heads of the type TC and one of the versatile tempering machines of the type UF with built-in Frigen cooling.

The machines with 620 mm working width are independent constructions with built-in Frigen or water cooling, as desired.

All machines are controlled by a PLC control system, which is required for the temperature control and the coating area. Basically, the machines have an adjustable double veil box and an adjustable bottom wall. Excess chocolate can then be reduced with the frequency-controlled blower or the vibrating shaft. Bonnets or flaps are fitted to prevent the heated coating chamber from cooling down and a heating system keeps the base trough evenly warm. A skimmer shaft pulls excess chocolate from the article and ensures clean conveyor belts.
