Air cooling tunnel WOLF

The cooling duct in stainless steel design and other non-rusting materials.

The duct is equipped with stainless steel bonnets with polyurethane foam filling. For inspection and cleaning work, the bonnets can be opened from both sides and are supported by gas pressure springs. 

The conveyor belt is detected at the infeed and outfeed table by a photocell control and is pneumatically adjusted. The drive bracket mounted in the outlet ensures a smooth belt transport by means of a rubberised drive shaft, while a scraper removes dirt from the belt. The mounted slitter bars enable a gentle transfer of the products in the infeed and outfeed.
