Description

The baking plates are made of grey cast iron.
The installation includes a pressure regulating valve for the gas supply.

A rope conveyor feeds the cooled wafer blocks to the cutting machine. Sliders move the wafer blocks through the cutting frames, which are at an angle of 90° to each other.
The distance between cutting wires or blades can be adjusted.
In automatic mode, the wafer block cutter performs up to 14 cutting operations per minute.
