The kneader completely made of stainless steel 1.4301 and other stainless materials. The temperature exchange medium for the double wall is water. The entire kneader is placed on a platform to allow discharge through a bottom flap. A staircase with a personal platform is mounted on the side for visual inspection. To protect the operator, the kneader is closed with a secured lid. To drive the kneading shafts, a controlled gearmotor from SEW is mounted directly on each shaft. For operation, a control panel is mounted on the kneader, and the circuitry is housed in a separate control cabinet.
