Cooking agitator HOSOKAWA/TER BRAAK - Type TBT-100 in stainless steel

Cooking agitator HOSOKAWA/TER BRAAK type TBT-100 in stainless steel. The set cooking machine is designed with a screwed steel boiler on the bottom and has an upper stainless steel boiler and a copper inner boiler. It is controlled by a separate control cabinet. The closed cooking kettle is double-walled for heating with steam and has a charging spout on the top, as well as a flap with a viewing window. A ball valve with handle is mounted on the bottom for draining the machine. For the steam connection a manometer for pressures from 0 to 16 bar is mounted. Furthermore, a manometer for vacuum from 0 to -1 bar is mounted, the vacuum pump is provided separately. The agitator is also made of stainless steel and has stable cross struts, as well as wall and floor wipers made of Teflon.
