Description

The machine is provided with a kettle inner shell of copper and a welded outer shell of steel, suitable for heating the kettle with saturated steam. It is used to cook soft caramel, toffee and chewing candy masses, hard candy, aerated products, jam, fillings, sugar liquor, crusted liquors, candy sugar solutions, jelly and gum masses. The machine can even process honey and fondant, whereby a built-in stirrer keeps the mass in permanent motion in order to prevent it from burning. The machine can be fed with the raw material through the manhole opening or the welded nozzles. The cooking process can take place using the vacuum installation in order to remove moisture from the mass, but the machine can also cook without vacuum. A temperature display with sensor enables an accurate control of the cooking process. Once cooked, the mass can be emptied through a discharge valve at the bottom of the kettle.
Hourly output: approx. 300 kg in case of working with toffee and hard sugar masses, proceeding from three charges of 100 kg respectively; 600 kg when working with crusted liquors proceeding from three charges of 200 kg each.

Steam consumption: approx. 200 kg saturated steam/h
Required space: approx. 1.500 x 1.350 x 1.950 mm
