Description

The liquid chocolate mass is fed to the machine, the temperature of the chocolate is cooled down to the pre-selected temperature. The chocolate is then conveyed to the curtain trough to create the chocolate curtain. The adjustable bottom flow provides the bottoming. The bottom flow can also be used without total enrobing. A blower and a shaking system provide for dropping off the surplus of chocolate.
