The plant for the production of powdered articles made of jelly or fondant. The trays are transferred to a magazine and fed into the plant via a powder box stacker. In the powder section the still filled boxes are turned and the articles are separated from the powder in a sieving station. The box is filled again with powder and provided with the desired article format in the stamping station. Afterwards, the mass is poured into the resulting hollows with a pouring head. At the end of the plant, the filled boxes are removed and stacked in a magazine.

The plant is equipped with new dosing head for jelly products WDS. The pump head with 6 rows of 42 pistons. The pump system is equipped with casting pistons with a diameter of approx. 8 mm.
Second stainless steel dosing head head WDS for jelly products with bronze casting plate. The pump head with 6 rows of 42 pistons. The pump system is equipped with casting pistons with a diameter of approx. 8 mm.
The dosing heads include hydralike unit HYDAC, built in 1989.
