Description
The line consists of:
1. Second hand enrobing machine NIELSEN
The machine for enrobing various articles of all kinds with chocolate mass. The container is equipped with a heating system so that the mass can be kept at a certain temperature. The chocolate is conveyed into the veil box via a mass wheel and enables the coating above the product. Below the product, a bottom wall ensures the chocolate coating. Excess mass is removed by a blower. An infeed table is mounted for the product feed. Liquid chocolate mass has to be fed in, a tempering unit is built in.

2. pre-cooling tunnel NIELSEN
The channel for radiation cooling from the top and contact cooling at the bottom is equipped with a compressor. A built-in fan conveys the cold air into the channel.
Working width : approx. 320 mm was used with a conveyor belt with 320 mm working width.
Inlet table : approx. 0.5 metres
Duct length : approx. 2 metres
Outlet table : approx. 0.5 metre
3. final cooling tunnel SOLLICH
The channel with contact cooling at the bottom and radiation cooling, combined with air cooling from above. The plastic bonnets provide good insulation and are easy to clean. The drive bracket is infinitely variable and a cooling unit with air-cooled compressor is built into the lower part of the cooling channel. Cooling air temperature and speed are adjustable.

Outfeed table: approx. 1.0 metre
