The cooling tunnel works on three levels with stainless steel rod mesh belts which are mounted in a sturdy steel frame, rising slightly. The duct is provided with stainless steel cladding on the sides so that the cold air cannot escape uncontrolled. A heat exchanger for cold water with a fan and an air filter housing is mounted above the belts in order to blow the cold air into the duct in a controlled manner. To collect the greeting particles, stainless steel tubs have been inserted under the belts, which are easy to clean.
