Twin cooking machine NORMIT - Type MasterCook Cooking Plant 300/2, year of manufacture 2020.

The machine for cooking sugar solutions, jams and fillings for which the temperature range is sufficient. It is two side by side boiling vessels with agitator, each with a capacity of about 300 liters. The double wall of the vessels is fed with low pressure steam up to max. 0.5 bar for heating. The agitators are designed with Teflon wipers to wipe the walls and are thus suitable for light and medium viscosity masses.
