The roller is installed in a stable tubular frame and can be adjusted in working height up to 60 mm. The roller surface is ground and hard-chrome plated.
The chocolate application system consists of the application roller and the leakage roller for determining the layer thickness. Both rollers are adjustable and heated with tempered water. A combined cooling and heating system is included to allow the surface temperatures of the three rollers to be precisely adjusted independently of each other.
A built-in return pump controlled by a level switch ensures a constant mass level within the machine.
The machine is completely wired and equipped with all operating elements.
