Mould filling machine WOLF for decoratives - Type W-FW-200, working width approx.: 420 mm

A WOLF mold filling machine, type FF 400, suitable for continuously filling Makrolon molds by flooding with chocolate or fat glaze.

The molds stacked in a magazine are taken off by a chain conveyor and passed under a chocolate veil. In the process, the mold is completely flooded with mass. Then the top of the mold is scraped off twice, and finally the sides are freed from excess mass. During the process, the molds are shaken to expel any air pockets and to smooth the surface.

The chocolate is pre-crystallised in a separate tempering machine and continuously fed to the filling machines. The return pump installed in the filling machine ensures a uniform level in the storage container.

The tempered chocolate is conveyed to the veil box by means of a circulation pump. All areas that come into contact with mass are heated, a hot water circulation system with heat exchanger ensures that the temperature is kept constant.

The main drive is equipped with a slip clutch so that the machine stops automatically as soon as a mould gets jammed.

The machine is completely electrically wired and equipped with a control box and all necessary controls. It is completely made of V2A or other rustproof materials and complies with the applicable safety regulations.
