The type DSR packing machine is a further development of the type CK, in that the inside wrapping in aluminum foil has been supplemented by an electrical sealing system. This protects the product from unfavorable climatic and hygienic conditions. For this purpose, the wrapping process is divided into a two-stage system. In the first step, the product is wrapped in aluminum foil from the roll and sealed. The product is transferred to the second station and the outside wrapping into paper cutting is done from the stack or box. The outer wrap in paper can be a full wrap with glue fixation or banderole, depending on the actual execution of equipment.
Output: approx. 140 wraps per minute depending on the product.
