Horizontal Flow Pack packing machine FUJI - type FW-3400 with feeding system.

used Horizontal tubular bag packaging system, make Fuji, Japan type FW3400 for chocolate articles with different dimensions. The current format on the machine was a narrow chocolate bar / napolitan with dimensions: (LxWxH) 50 x 10 x 4 mm. The machine was built in 1992 and consists of:
- Infeed belt approx. 1500 mm long
- Product alignment belt with a length of approx. 1000 mm
- Intermediate belt with a length of approx. 2000 mm
- Inline infeed conveyor with a length of approx. 850 mm
- Flow pack machine Fuji, Japan FW 3400, with tear-off thread station, photocell control, with Conair Churchill water cooling device for cooling the sealing jaws. Depending on the product, the output is between 20 and 300 pieces / minute.
