The machine is suitable for continuously blanching almonds, fruit kernels, little
fruits and alike. The stainless steel construction is equipped with a feed
hopper and a conveyor shaft where the products are conveyed through hot water. The inclined conveyor shaft enables the feeding of a following peeling machine. The heating is made by hot steam which is directly blown into the scalding water.
