Nougama roaster HOPPE type NR-50,

The machine was developed to roast nuts of all kinds together with sugar for the production of praliné, nougat, nut cream and coconut masses. Also possible is the production of croquant sprinkles out of crushed nuts (hazelnuts, walnuts, etc.), coconut flakes and minced puffed cereals that can be roasted at any desired degree together with sugar. During the roasting process the sugar is not melted as in a croquant cooker and mixer, but it covers the nut, coconut or puffed cereal particles to be roasted and the flavor stays especially well.
