Description
suitable to take out and reinstall the conveyor belt of a belt coater for cleaning or belt exchange.
The trolley is equipped with two drums to take the belt as well as a dummy belt which is inserted into the machine in exchange, in order to use it as a guide for the clean belt to be inserted.
The trolley is positioned in front of the coating cabin and locked in place.
For cleaning, the belt is rolled across a displacement roller so that the joints open up, to be cleaned with a high pressure hose.
The belt of this trolley is manually driven.
