disc tempering machine SOLLICH - type MST-2000-Turbo (MST-4000).

The machine was completely disassembled and revised. After the complete disassembly, all components were checked for wear and tear and replaced if necessary. During reassembling the tempering unit was equipped with new bearings and seals and the machine was repainted. The water supply was revised and the pump system was updated. The tempering capacity of the machine was reduced from 4,000 kg to 2,000 kg per hour and the lower part of the disc pack was integrated into the hot water system as a decrystallisation stage. A PLC control system from SIEMENS with completely new wiring was installed for control purposes. A suitable mass pump is still required for feeding.
