The machine is suitable for continuously decorating pralines, biscuits and other kinds of products with a line pattern. The adjustment of the required patterns is made manually by changing the motion of the XY-axis. For the repeatability there are barcodes provided in the corresponding variables. For decorating, a quickly exchangeable nozzle tube (not included) can be used. This nozzle tube needs to be supplied by a suitable feeding system. Normally, a tempering machine with pressure pump is used for this purpose or, if necessary, also a tank with chocolate pump. The provided control cabinet does not only enable the working speed adjustment but also includes a cleaning system of the decorating nozzles. This unit enables actuating the needle system in the nozzle tube at previously set intervals. These needles move into the nozzles cleaning them automatically and removing possible blockages.
