Disc-tempering machine SOLLICH type TC-2200

The machine for pre-crystallizing chocolate masses. The large cooling surface of the three cooling levels and the long Residence time of the mass in the machine are decisive for the optimal temperature control. By frequently stripping a very thin chocolate film, a uniformly fine crystal structure is achieved. Cooling is by feeding of cold water. For night operation, an internal hot water circuit is activated so that the machine does not 'freezes'. Output: approx. 2200 kg/hour
