LEHMANN cleaning machine - Type DOR/1.

Use: For cleaning cocoa beans, hazelnuts, almonds and other fruit kernels.

Mode of operation:
Feeding of the material into a feed hopper, feed height approx. 1 metre.
A feed roller ensures continuous feeding into the ascending hopper. All heavy material, such as stones, metal parts, etc., is separated out there. These parts fall downwards. The remaining material enters the discharge chamber where sand, bag fibres and light particles are removed.

A fan roller transports the remaining material to a screening unit, where oversized and broken material is separated from the good material. Before the good material leaves the machine, it is wind-sifted again in the second exit chamber. A permanent magnet reliably holds back small pieces of iron, while a cyclone (not included) cleans the dusty exhaust air.
