The line complete with depositing machine, continuous spinner and cooling paternoster for molds. The continuous spinner with cooling compressor.
The depositing and spinning line has a length of approx. 14 m and a width of approx. 3 m. It works continuously with 68 mold holders made out of aluminum. The chocolate molds are put into the holders and automatically filled with chocolate, closed and spinned. The mold frame which is fixed on a carriage drives through a spiral orbit around the so-called continuous mold spinner and rotates and vibrates permanently.
The cold air is circulated around the molds in order that the chocolate hardens quicker.
When the mold carriage leaves the spiral, the mold is opened automatically in the mold returning device and the chocolate molds are given to the cooling paternoster. The empty mould carriages drive back to the dosing station in the lower part of the line.
